The Product may be returned if the Product is purchased via the website— within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. This does not apply if the Product was not located in a local (Georgia-based) warehouse at the time of purchase.
Product Return terms:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return.
- Refunds will be issued via bank-to-bank transfer.
The Customer is not entitled to not return a Product if:
- It was made by Customer’s individual order;
- It was ordered by the Customer;
- It has been used;
- It no longer retains its commercial condition, consumer properties, or packaging.
