Warranty Service Terms:
2 years from the date of purchase.
If the Product is found to have a manufacturing defect within a maximum of 2 years after it has been transferred into the Customer’s ownership, the Customer is entitled—by Agreement with Contempo—to request a replacement with an identical Product. If an identical Product is not available in stock, Contempo will refund the paid amount.
For the avoidance of any doubt, if the damaged Product or any of its parts can be repaired, Contempo will carry out the repair. Only if the Product or its parts cannot be repaired will the Replacement/Refund policy apply.
The Warranty does not apply if:
- The warranty period has expired;
- Physical damage occurred due to external or mechanical impact;
- Damage was caused by Customer’s fault, negligence, or improper care;
- The Customer assembled the Product by violation of instructions;
- Operating conditions were not met;
- A key product component has been altered or replaced.
A manufacturing defect discovered during the warranty period refers to a flaw occurring within the established warranty term under normal usage and maintenance conditions, including natural wear and tear.
To claim warranty service, the Customer must present:
• Proof of purchase/invoice;
• A personal identification document.
The warranty does not cover the following products:
• Decorations;
• Tableware;
• Accessories;
• Products on which the Customer was informed in advance.
